By using this website or purchasing a Ourthera service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Ourthera provides non-diagnostic, private-pay golf-performance services. Services are not psychotherapy, mental-health diagnosis, emergency care, or golf-swing instruction. Purchasing a service does not establish a therapist-client relationship.

No Scoring Guarantee

Scoring outcomes vary based on playing ability, technical skill, course conditions, participation, and the number of behaviorally avoidable strokes present at baseline. No scoring improvement is guaranteed.

Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Cancellation and refund windows are described on our Cancellation & Rescheduling page. Refunds are issued at the discretion of Ourthera according to that policy.

Conduct

Sessions are alcohol-free. Participants agree to respect one another's privacy, follow facility rules, and not record other participants without consent.

Limitation of Liability

Ourthera's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
