We collect contact details you provide through forms (name, email, phone), quiz responses, application information, booking details, and payment information processed through our payment provider. We do not collect protected health information (PHI), diagnoses, medication information, clinical treatment history, insurance details, substance-use history, trauma history, or risk-assessment information.

How We Use Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule and deliver services, process payments, send transactional emails, and improve our programs. Marketing communications are sent only with your separate consent.

Data Access Controls

Operational records such as leads, bookings, applications, and orders are accessible only to authorized administrators. Public users cannot enumerate these records. Internal notes remain administrator-only.

Payment Security

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe secrets remain backend-only and are never exposed client-side.

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting service.
