Cancellation and Rescheduling | Ourthera

Assessment & Private Sessions

Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.

Ourthera Lab Deposit

The deposit is collected only after an application is accepted. Deposits are refundable until a stated deadline before the first session, after which they become non-refundable to hold the seat.

Balance

The remaining balance is collected according to the configured deadline. Failure to pay the balance may result in forfeiture of the seat and deposit.

Cohort Minimum

If a cohort does not reach minimum enrollment, enrolled participants receive a full refund of any deposit paid.

Venue Closure

If a venue becomes unavailable, affected sessions will be rescheduled or refunded.
